This clinic is oriented to the 3.0- and 3.5-level players, although no one is excluded. It’s a fundamentals clinic and everyone benefits from reviewing the fundamentals of good pickleball. If you are currently looking to improve your game, to pick up some new tips, to gain some different ideas about strategies, this clinic is for you. Bob and Bev have done clinics all over the United States and they are always well received. They have done clinics in Palm Creek (Casa Grande, AZ) for up to 200 people and their weekly training sessions in Surprise, AZ. regularly draw up to 100 participants. You may not agree with everything Bob and Bev tell you but you can’t argue success…they have won tournaments all over the West and still are doing so today.
Cost of this clinic is only $15 and the Bend Pickleball Club recommends that you seriously consider signing up now. Sign-ups are limited and you will not want to miss this one.
Information about Bob and Bev and their clinics:
Bob and Bev started playing pickleball tournaments and enjoyed immediate success because of their tennis background. Thirteen years ago there was very little pickleball instruction available, but it was a natural transition for them from tennis to pickleball. Bob currently teaches weekly classes in Arizona during the winter months….along with other assistant instructors coaching up to 100 students/day.
Bob and Bev also helped introduce pickleball into San Diego County about 8 years ago. There now are over 20 venues to play in the county!
Bob is currently one of the oldest 5.0 USAPA nationally-ranked players (a stat he is not too pleased about) and they are both still winning tournaments.
Bob and Bev have been married 50 years and reside in San Diego County and Arizona….and the rest of the time travel in their RV, giving them the opportunity to meet pickleball players from all over the US.
As retirees, we love pickleball because it enables us to stay active, healthy, and have a lot of fun!
